Due to the unprecedented situation with Coronavirus, we are asking that any person in need of support or accommodation, wherever possible, calls us in the first instance, rather than coming down to our offices.
As we remain in uncertain and worrying times, Smartmove continues to follow Government advice and guidance from Public Health England regarding Covid-19 (coronavirus).
Due to the unprecedented situation with Coronavirus, we are asking that any person in need of support or accommodation, wherever possible, calls us in the first instance, rather than coming down to our offices.
The latest information and facts about Coronavirus (COVID-19) is available on the Government website https://www.gov.uk/guidance/coronavirus-covid-19-information-for-the-public
Smartmove has a full range of supported accommodation and works with a wide range of support services to ensure people develop their skills, build their confidence to move on successfully. Our services include supporting people with mental health issues, young people at risk, older people, BME groups, people at risk of being homeless and those fleeing domestic abuse.

Each person will receive a phone assessment, if we need to see you, we will arrange for you to come to our office.
We are committed to providing the best support during this pandemic time, especially to those most vulnerable. But, to prevent the spread of this virus, and to keep everyone safe and well, we are asking that in the first instance a call is made.
Our offices remain open, but we have reduced the level of staff by implementing a rota and installed infection control measures and procedures. This will help to safeguard the services we offer to residents and our core business functions.
However to maintain your health and safety and minimise your risk of catching the virus we ask that if you want to contact us you do so either by calling us on 0121 507 0050 or by emailing referrals@smartmoveuk.com
