REFERRAL PROCESS
HOUSING & SUPPORT
We have a mixture of accommodation units including emergency accommodation, semi-independent living, self-contained flats and family homes. Our referral process consists of carrying out an assessment on all people aged 18 - 65 that have been referred, through various agencies such as;

Homeless Prevention Services

Mental Health Services
-
Social Services
-
Probation Services
-
Birmingham City Council and other statutory & voluntary organisations

Other Local Authorities
-
We also accept self-referrals
1. REFERRAL REQUIREMENTS
Referrals are required to have a completed an external risk assessment with supported information (where possible).
Our staff will conduct a referral assessment at an interview to ensure customers referred meet the eligibility for accommodation (in receipt of benefits).


2. LEAVE THE REST WITH US
This process is designed to help the individual, and all those supporting them, to feel as confident as possible that the placement will be a success.
