WE ARE A PEOPLE FIRST ORGANISATION

Smartmove has a full range of supported accommodation and works with a wide range of support services to ensure people develop their skills, build their confidence to move on successfully.

WE PROVIDE HOUSING AND SUPPORT FOR PEOPLE IN NEED

We are a people-first organisation working with and empowering people to live healthy, safe and happy lives. Our skilled and experienced teams work with people to make positive changes, promote independence and participation.

If you have any problems that could impact your housing situation then we can give you advice and/or further support.

If you don’t have access to a phone you can drop into the office; we are still open with social-distancing measures in place.

WE PROVIDE HOLISTIC SUPPORT

Our services include supporting people with mental health issues, young people at risk, older people, BME groups, people at risk of being homeless and those fleeing domestic abuse in partnership with Birmingham City Council and voluntary sector welfare organisations

Our success is attributable to one simple philosophy that in addition to the basic necessities of life, everyone has the right to safety, security, respect and the provision of good quality culturally sensitive services, combined with a real commitment to offering the highest degree of flexibility service is able to offer.

To ensure our services are second to none we have the services of Housing Support Workers and an in-house Maintenance Crew.
